We all know a good night’s sleep is important to your sustained physical and mental wellbeing – so AIA Vitality is rewarding you with 10 AIA Vitality points every time you get a good night’s sleep of seven hours or longer.

You can earn up to 2,000 AIA Vitality points per membership year by tracking your sleep with a compatible device from either Garmin, Fitbit or Misfit.

What You Need To Know

Earn 10 points per day by tracking your sleep. You can earn up to a maximum 2,000 AIA Vitality points for sleep each membership year.

To qualify for the 10 points, a minimum of 420 minutes / seven hours of total sleep must be tracked in a 24-hour period.

Please note:

  • The 24-hour period runs from midday to midday (it spans over two days starting 12 noon to 12 noon the following day) GMT+8.
  • AIA Vitality points will be awarded regardless of time of sleep – it can be night/or day.
  • AIA Vitality points will be awarded for tracking sleep for one device per day. AIA Vitality will allocate points based on the device that tracked the longest sleep.
  • AIA Vitality points will ONLY be reflected in your AIA Vitality Points Statement 24 hours AFTER your sleep. For example, for your sleep ending 7am on 1 April, the sleep points will be captured for 1 April but will only be reflected in your Points Statement the following day on 2 April.
